繭は長野県上田市にある「上田蚕種協同組合」から仕入れているものです。
和紙も日本製の手すき和紙です。

Small Calico Cat Made from Silk Cocoons

This is a small calico cat made from silk cocoons. It measures approximately 4cm long, 2cm wide, and 3cm high. It comes with a small red felt cushion.

The doll is a **daruma-style roly-poly toy** so it will always stand back up.

Please note that because each cocoon is a different size, the pattern and expression of your doll may differ slightly from the photo.

This is a delicate item. It can break if handled by small children or if it gets wet. Please enjoy it as a decorative ornament.

The silk cocoons are sourced from the Ueda Sanshu Cooperative in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. The washi paper used is also handmade in Japan.
